- JHJessica HurleyFeb 10, 20261.0Took my dog in to get a quote on the cost. Was advised £50. She is a toy sized dog so very small. I was asked what type of cut and how short when quoted. When I picked her up the women tried to charge me more as said when she measured her fur with a ruler she was longer than they thought. She then quickly said o no its more because of the type of cut needed. She then changed her mind again and said it was because the cut took longer than anticipated ( she was 3 minutes over the time stated to pick up) To top ot off my dog looked like she had been in for a bath and a blow dry as hardly no hair at all if any had been taken off !! Complete rip off, unprofessional . Would not reccoemnd !

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
